This finca from the 13th century is located near Campanet and is an old manor house that has been constantly expanded over the centuries and has therefore retained its special charm. The heart of the complex is the inner courtyard with its original fountain around which the various buildings are arranged. During the complete renovation by the architect, Professor Manfred Turmfart, great importance was attached to the high quality of the execution and the preservation of the many typical details and the result was extremely successful.
Each of the numerous bedrooms, including the bathrooms, has been individually designed and received special attention during the renovation. New axes were created and the lighting was optimized. The development of individual details and the highlighting of typical elements such as the natural stone walls form a successful ensemble.
The size of the many rooms varies and can reach up to 55m², the kitchen and the adjoining room offer enough space for large meetings with family and friends. The idyllic outdoor space that surrounds the building offers many different retreats and also offers a large swimming pool in which you can swim. In addition, the property is licensed as a hotel and could be operated accordingly if necessary.
