This modern and spacious finca was built in 2014 and thanks to its elevated location offers fantastic views of the hilly landscape in the center of the island. A beautiful courtyard with a small fountain leads to the entrance, which offers a direct view of the landscape. From the entrance you can access the very spacious living room on one side, which turns into an open kitchen with a pleasant dining area. All bedrooms have access to the large terrace facing the swimming pool. On this side of the finca there are also a bedroom with bathroom en suite and the laundry room. On the other side of the entrance area there is the master bedroom with bathroom en suite, two bedrooms and another bathroom as well as a guest bathroom. The lovingly designed outdoor area of the house houses the exceptionally large saltwater swimming pool (14 x 4 meters), which is surrounded on one side by sand and creates a nice beach atmosphere.
