Being from the UK our expectations about estate agents were not high. However we were amazed by the commitment and level of service we received from Malene at Lavin Estates. We first contacted her when we were interested in a house that had already been reserved. She listened very carefully to our long list of requirements we wanted from a home in Palma. To our surprise she went out of her way, even contacting other agents to find us exactly what we were looking for and arranged for us to look at some properties that we hadn't seen advertised before, but fitted our brief.
When we returned to Palma, Malene drove us around the areas she thought would be ideal and showed us the amenities, beaches and transport etc. Most importantly she found us our dream house which I thought we'd never find (we'd been looking for over a year). Throughout the process Malene was always professional, friendly, not at all pushy and we felt like she genuinely wanted us to find the right property for us.
